The various documents constituting the Purchase Order shall, insofar as is possible, be interpreted so as to be consistent with one another. In the event that a conflict or ambiguity arises in the interpretation of the Purchase Order, such conflict or ambiguity shall be resolved in accordance with the following order of precedence, with the first listed item having a higher precedence than later listed items: (a) provisions required by statute, regulation or Government contract; (b) provisions set forth on the face page of the Purchase Order form, including, without limitation, any Quality Clauses applicable hereto; (c) this Terms and Conditions document; (d) the Statement of Work attached hereto, if any; (e) Specifications specifically approved in writing by Buyer; and (f) Drawing(s) specifically approved in writing by Buyer.
