He assumed the CEO role in late 2023 after serving as the executive leader for business and corporate development. With more than 25 years as a senior executive in wireless telecom and technology companies, Steve brings extensive experience in specialized software and data acquisition platforms, managing acquisitions exceeding $100 million and P&L responsibility of over $500 million.
