  • Discover the architecture and benefits of integrating Cutsforth’s InsightCM™ condition monitoring software with Alta Solutions’ AS‑360 API‑670–compliant machinery protection platform. The joint solution streams gap‑free dynamic data one‑way from the AS‑360 rack to InsightCM with an integrated data‑diode, preserving protection isolation while enabling rich analytics and historian connectivity. Within the rack, the AS‑360 protection modules provide real‑time trip/alarm logic on simultaneously sampled vibration, axial position, thrust, speed, and keyphasor inputs, while exposing conventional relays, 4–20 mA loops and ModBus to the DCS. InsightCM ingests event‑based waveforms from the AS‑360 condition monitoring module, manages collection configuration, and publishes calculated features to enterprise systems such as PI. The combined design simplifies deployments, strengthens cybersecurity through one‑way data paths, and expands diagnostic coverage using InsightCM’s multi‑technology capabilities.
